請問面試完被通知錄取後 通常人資會跟你說 公司最後核定出的薪資，然後會問你能不能接受 前幾次的經驗通常是 自己開的薪資減去2~3K 而這個核定薪資確定後 有板友是跟人資說不能接受而有再進一步和資方談判薪資的嗎? 假如真的很喜歡那家公司，正常應該都會直接接受了吧? 不接受怕資方就改變心意找別人了..@@ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.253.187.147
