http://tw.stock.yahoo.com/news_content/url/d/a/131017/1/42czo.html 2013/10/17 20:37 中央社 中央社記者鍾榮峰台北2013年10月17日電）被動元件廠禾伸堂 (3026) 先前公告辦理現金 減資完成實收資本額變更登記。按照相關時程，禾伸堂減資股票18日起暫停買賣，新有價 證券上市買賣日期為11月1日。 禾伸堂先前公告，此次現金減資約新台幣9.6億元，用以提昇股東權益報酬率及公司每股 獲利能力，妥善運用資金辦理現金減資退還股東；減資比率約30%。 禾伸堂減資前實收資本額約32.02億元，減資後實收資本額約22.41億元；減資前每股淨值2 7.59元，減資後每股淨值39.41元。 禾伸堂先前公告減資換發股票日程，減資換發新股票基準日訂為10月26日，並自11月1日開 始全面換發新股票(無實體發行)。現金減資退還股款發放日為11月1日。 舊股票最後交易日為10月17日，舊股票自10月18日起停止在市場買賣；舊股票自10月22日 起至10月31日止期間內，停止辦理過戶，最後過戶日為10月21日。新股票上市買賣日(舊股 票終止上市日)訂為11月1日。 唉 以前也風光過一時的說~ 鄉民正妹 阿斯~~~~~~~ http://ppt.cc/ZqBP -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.32.91.156 ※ 編輯: allways5F 來自: 114.32.91.156 (10/17 22:44)
