標題[請問] 淘寶 visa付款疑問

我在淘寶網 訂了東西 也選擇國際轉運 現在卡在VISA金融卡 付款疑問 他都一直說我付款失敗 用了 郵局.渣打都失敗 這是為什麼阿? 難道是因為 我是VISA金融卡嗎? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.137.93.195
