草案付委 同性婚姻有望合法

第十一屆同志大遊行今天登場，台灣伴侶權益推動聯盟推動、立委鄭麗君提出的婚姻平權修法「民法親屬編、繼承編部分條文修正草案」，昨天也在立法院一讀交付委員會審查，民法婚姻關係從「兩性」修正為尊重不同性傾向、性認同的「多元性別」，賦予同性結婚權利。

法案中除了合法化同性婚姻，同時也開放多元性別配偶共同收養子女，增設禁止歧視條款。伴侶盟理事長許秀雯指出，許多國家已開放多元家庭收養子女，根據國外研究，孩童的性傾向與教養者並沒有關連，也不會影響學業、社會適應等各方面表現，絕大多數同志都在異性戀的家庭長大。

鄭麗君指出，婚姻平權法案付委，代表台灣邁出性別平權的第一步，但這只是開始，年底將辦三場大型公聽會。

近來有宗教團體發動連署反對同志婚姻，民進黨立委劉櫂豪聲援反同性結婚。鄭麗君說，這顯示同志婚姻並非藍綠對抗、朝野對立的問題；年底公聽會將邀請不同意見團體參與。
