薄案二審維持原判定讞 網友有挺有批

薄熙來案今天二審宣判，一如預期駁回上訴，維持無期徒刑的原判。這次也是薄案的終審裁決，薄案就此定讞。

山東濟南市中級法院，上個月裁定薄熙來貪污、受賄與濫用職權罪等罪名成立。一審判處無期徒刑、剝奪政治權利終身，並且沒收全部個人財產。薄熙來不服一審判決，提出上訴，由山東省高級法院受理；不過二審並未開庭審理，在今天是直接開庭宣判。在宣判後不久，也在網站發佈了二審判決書。

薄案審判之後，罕見地引發了大陸網友的正反評論，而大陸方面也任由這些評論相互交鋒。支持判決的人說，薄熙來案的判決，正是體現了中國的法制。那些以權換錢，魚肉鄉民的貪官應該醒醒，出來混，總是要還的。

而也有網友支持薄熙來，支持薄熙來的人說，中國的官分兩種，一種是拿錢辦事的，另一種是拿錢不辦事的，薄怎麼說，至少還拿錢辦過好事。
