兒子逃兵？　夏立言：已與兒子溝通利弊得失

【陳培煌╱台北報導】即將返台接任國防部副部長的駐印尼代表夏立言，被媒體踢爆擁有中華民國籍的兒子還未當兵，夏立言今接受記者訪問時表示，「還在跟兒子溝通利弊得失，回來說不定是件好事。」他說，他早在第一時間就跟長官報告此事，長官希望他能圓滿解決，最好的情況就是讓他兒子可以回來盡國民應盡義務。

夏立言說，兒子從小就跟他東奔西跑，在國外念完書就在美國工作，他是希望兒子能履行國民應盡義務，因兒子在美國工作很多年了，需要一點時間溝通與做相關安排。不管是服兵役或當替代役，只要根據《兵役法》，當什麼都可以。
