曾勇夫發函全國檢署 保護在台菲籍人士

台菲關係緊張，牽動未來廣大興28號漁船命案的調查，法務部長曾勇夫上午特別發函台灣高檢署檢察長，函轉全國各地檢署，對於轄區內在台菲籍人士可能受到干擾、侵害案件，嚴予防範，如涉刑事案件，將依法追訴; 曾勇夫表示，台灣是個愛好和平並重視人權的法治國家，期待菲國本於台菲司法互助協定簽署的精神，雙方合作調查以還原真相。
