服貿協議／陸資登台 美髮師們心都涼了

報載兩岸簽署服務貿易協議，並將開放中資進入台灣美容美髮市場。筆者友人聽到此一消息後，心都涼了一半，因為他最近才鼓勵念國三的女兒就讀高職美容美髮科，學習一技之長，以利將來順利就業，詎料政府未事先與國內的美容美髮業者充分溝通討論，即貿然開放中資與國內業者競爭，無異是漠視從業人員之就業權益。

雖然經濟部說，服務貿易協議未開放勞動市場，不會有中國業者以低勞力成本搶市的問題，不過，中資如果以專業人士交流的名義，變相找中國勞工來台工作，屆時台灣的美容美髮業市場恐將受到嚴重衝擊，甚至影響到從業人員之生計！
