輕颱貝碧佳形成 東南部防豪雨

今年第五號輕度颱風貝碧佳今天上午形成。中央氣象局說，颱風不會朝台灣來；不過，颱風外圍雲系會為東南部及南部帶來豪雨。

氣象局上午針對台東縣及屏東縣，發布豪雨特報。氣象局說，東南部及恆春半島會有局部豪雨或大豪雨，大豪雨主要在屏東縣及台東縣，東部及南部山區有局部大雨或豪雨。

氣象局提醒，中部以北山區及東北部山區午後也可能有局部大雨，民眾應注意瞬間大雨、雷擊、強陣風、坍方、落石及溪水暴漲；低窪地區防淹水。

根據氣象局最新颱風消息，貝碧佳是在上午八時形成，中心位置大約在台灣西南方六百五十公里海面上，以每小時十六公里速度，朝西北轉西北西行進，將往海南島方向移動，對台灣無直接影響。
