我想問事業和緣份?

我1974年09月06日(農07月20日)出生
她1965年02月26日(農01月25日)出生
我是藥助,她是藥師我們想一起開藥局,這個想法在前年就有了,只是卡著資金沒有下落,我手邊是有一些不動產(不好脫手)!
我已經結婚了,有2個小孩(1女1男),家裡還有一個中風的媽咪要照顧,我沒請外勞,全程都是自己在照顧!!
她也結婚了,有3個小孩(2女1男),老公過世快20年了!
我想問:第1.我跟她一起開藥局好嗎?
第2.我會因為跟她一起開藥局,而跟她在一起嗎?
第3.她今年7月去要台北蘆洲的一間診所上班,她會順利嗎?
第4我手邊的不動產,甚麼時候會脫手?
