請推薦CP值高的電風扇??

小弟因為搬家

以前的房間坪數小，所以不用電風扇，冷氣絕對是夠涼

但是現在新房間坪數幾乎大了兩倍

小冷氣根本就吹不涼

一定需要電風扇來吹人，才不會熱

目前的預算是2千以內

但是電風扇種類太多

有大廈扇、直立扇、DC扇、循環扇、水冷扇等等...

根本不知道要買什麼好

小弟有兩點要求

第一，是聲音越小越好，我很怕吵，家裡之前就有買過便宜的循環扇，只要開到中速或高速就超吵(其實連低速我都嫌了，所以我幾乎沒再用)

第二，最主要是要冷房，讓人可以不用吹到電風扇的風，就可以有一定的涼度

要求說多也不多，說少也不少

因為預算不高

所以也沒有指定品牌

麻煩各位！
