晚期大腸癌 對因下藥可延命

（中央社記者陳清芳台北9日電）美國臨床腫瘤年會披露研究，治療大腸癌轉移的兩種標靶藥，其實療效差不多，國內醫界認為，病患可對因下藥，檢測癌症基因選擇藥。

台灣腸癌病友協會理事長王輝明醫師指出，台灣約有1/4的大腸癌病患一發現就是第4期，大腸癌已經轉移，適用於這項研究中的「表皮生長因子受體單株抗體」、「血管生長因子單株抗體」這兩種標靶藥物，健保列入給付，患者年省百萬。

根據這項研究，這兩種標靶藥都要搭配化療。做為第一線用藥，延緩腫瘤惡化的時間沒有太大差異，都是10個月，病人存活期則分為28.7個月及25個月，其中使用「表皮生長因子受體單株抗體」標靶藥的患者存活期較長，而且須檢測KRAS癌症基因變異，才可使用。

王輝明說，大腸癌晚期最容易轉移肝臟與肺臟，無法開刀根除治療，需配合外科、腫瘤科、放射腫瘤科等多科團隊診療，輔以化療與標靶藥物，妥善使用可提升病患生活品質和有效提升存活期，視醫師判斷和病患狀況而定。1020709
