國債鐘 國人平均負擔 再減2千元

財政部昨（8）日公布最新國債鐘，至6月底為止，在長債、短債均減少下，平均每人負擔債務再減少2千元，降至22.8萬元。

依據財政部統計，截至今年6月底為止，中央政府1年以上債務未償餘額為5兆1,224億元，短期債未償餘額為1,948億元，平均每位國民須負擔債務由23萬元，降至22.8萬元。

國庫署官員指出，與5月底的國債鐘相比，中央政府1年以上債務未償餘額，減少了70億元；短期債務未償餘額1,948億元，也減少了300億元，進而使平均每人負擔債務下降。

對於短債大減300億，國庫署官員說，主要是因為5月為報稅月，大額所得稅款於6月入帳，讓國庫大進補，並以550億元償還到期還本的短期債務，另外則新增短期借款200億元，一來一往間，國家短債共減少300億元。

財政部自99年12月起，每月7日在網站發布「最新國債訊息」，當時公布99年11月平均每人負擔債務19.7萬元，雖然6月底平均每人負擔債務減少了2千元，但仍比2年多前增加了3.1萬元。
