狠刺小三6刀奪命　男判20年

【劉昌松／台北報導】桃園男子邱啟瑞婚後與小三吳鳳嬌同居，因吳女不滿常遭邱男家暴毆打，去年3月要求邱男搬家，邱男竟找老婆來調解，反而遭妻告通姦，吳女想分手，邱男因此心生不滿，買了漂白水回吳女住處想喝了自殺遭吳女2度制止。

不料，邱男竟隨手拿起水果刀猛刺吳女脖子、胸部6刀致死，桃園地院一審判邱男徒刑20年，高院今天維持原判，本案還可上訴三審。
