避賣房稅怪象　離婚還得先抽號碼牌

長長的人龍，在大陸婚姻登記處門口排隊，這些人都是急著搶辦離婚，這種怪現象在南京更明顯，南京市民政局統計，光是今年前6個月，就有18311對夫妻離婚，是去年同期的1.7倍。

大陸主播：「最近因為房子，離婚潮有所抬頭，南京主城區辦理婚姻登記業務量，最大的鼓樓區婚姻登記處，遇到人多時，不得不臨時起用離婚『限號』措施。」

離婚還得領號碼牌，這個怪現象出現在大陸各地，為何會出現這波「離婚潮」，主要是北京在3月祭出打房政策，民眾出售5年以上的第二套自住房，必須繳交20%個人所得稅，許多夫妻為求避稅，乾脆「假離婚」將房地產歸屬分開，有對夫妻甚至半年內離婚兩次，等貸款下來後，再二次結婚。

楊浦區婚姻登記處副主任劉榮：「他們這些人，好像進來就是很隨意的，來了以後，有的人手牽手來，然後辦好(離婚)以後，手牽手走了。」

太多人辦離婚，民政單位特地貼上，「樓市有風險，離婚需謹慎」的標語，希望提醒這些為愛結婚的夫妻，別為錢離婚，但結果不盡理想，迫使官方還得再出招限制「假離婚」。
