「菲」常無賴！海上喋血報告　找藉口拖延

【陳郁仁／台北報導】菲律賓海巡隊向我國漁船「廣大興28號」開槍，冷血射殺我漁民洪石成，在今天屆滿兩個月。菲國雖對此案作出調查報告，但送到菲國總統府後遲遲沒有下文。我外交官員表示，菲律賓現在以全國拼經濟為由，拖延此案，因為他們知道必須道歉，希望等菲民眾淡忘此事再處理，我外館透過菲政界人士不斷施壓、暗示菲總統府快公布報告、了結此事，都沒結果。

儘管當初案發時，我政府信誓旦旦強調會不斷制裁、施壓，直到菲道歉賠償為止，但外交部現在卻說不會再有下一波制裁，只能等待菲方公布報告，我法務部也未公布我方調查結果。菲律賓當地媒體報導，因為台灣凍結菲勞來台，目前約有一萬名菲律賓人失業。
