 【張沛森／桃園報導】桃園縣中壢市區入夜後風大雨大，民眾撐傘過馬路，雨傘都被吹歪了；另有張姓民眾反映，台一號省道中壢和平鎮交界的延平路段，因地處空曠，陣風強勁，小客車等紅燈時，車身不斷被強風吹得搖晃；另桃園縣佳安村部分住戶停電
