因應蘇力出包 核1廠2號機發生急停

【王玉樹／台北報導】因應蘇力颱風，核1廠反應爐2號機組在降低功率過程中發生疏失，導致急停。國內核1、2廠於昨夜在廠區測到平均風速達12級風時，依規定須降低輸出功率，過程中要不斷補水到反應爐以免過熱，但因補水水位控制不當，造成熱停機，台電坦承「在控制細緻度有檢討餘地」。  

原能會則指，此事可能是台電運轉員操作不佳，但要等台電呈上報告，再來決定是要求加強訓練或懲處。
