蘇力襲台帶來強陣風，將中華電信宜蘭冬山服務中心高掛七樓的LOGO吹落地面，所幸沒有砸到過往人車，早上風雨稍歇，民眾將LOGO大鐵牌移上分格島，以利車輛通行
