女童復健摔傷 復健師起訴

【郭芷余／高雄報導】高雄市一名6歲陳姓女童因發展遲緩，上下肢肌力不足，進行長期復健計畫。去年8月女童在診所做手腕撐地的復健活動時，于姓復健師（女，33歲）把女童腿部綁好繃帶放在桌上，讓女童以手撐地後就離開，不久女童撐不住跌倒，雙腳淤青，家屬提告。

檢方根據診所醫師證詞，認為進行此類物理治療的小孩不容易配合維持相同姿勢，如果任由病患自由活動，可能會有受傷風險，復健師至少也要在視線範圍內注意女童狀態，認定于女未盡注意義務，將她依業務過失傷害起訴。
