感覺房地產最近不怎麼樣，但是經濟更差....

不難理解，很多人已經被洗腦在揹高額房貸(因為高房價造成的)，他們都在繳貸款還債，消費力在幾十年內很難有改進，除非等貸款還完。而且產業外移嚴重，台灣未來就業市場不容樂觀，能不能保住至少20年工作去繳貸款，很有疑問。台灣這種高空屋率，等沒工作想賣房時，可能賣不掉。當有些人抱著3-5年後有高就賣，那是太樂觀，這次要有永遠自住或是賠錢賣打算。

此外不是靠收入增加而是靠多借錢搞裝潢、買家具、買電器甚至吃高檔餐等等，那只不過是另一種卡奴消費模式的翻版，這些錢遲早要還的。

還有房價高漲造成租金漲，加上油電雙漲適時添油加醋，許多租店商家也必需跟著漲價，更減低大家消費力，惡性循環。

所以 你現在是看到經濟更差是炒房後的果，而不是因，接下來問題會更多，經濟問題會更嚴重，簡單說炒房泡沫有多大，經濟就會有多慘。

之前是有總統大選，無論如何要維持榮景，硬撐也要撐下去，反正倒楣是下一任(下一任真的是接大爛攤子)，現在是真的很難撐了，也選上了，大家只能靠自己。
