　　混合著機械的外星異形不斷入侵太空站，你將在基地的核心路徑上擺放各種防衛塔，透過基地的銀眼系統，玩家可以設計出最佳的迎敵路線，《合金爭霸》不同於其他的塔防遊戲，入侵的敵人不會抵達終點而消失，反而會對核心不斷進行攻擊，在終點附近設立大量的防衛塔才能順利完成關卡，遊戲中獲得的水晶可以用來購買卡片，組合出獨一無二的防衛塔，簡體中文介面讓玩家能確切知道每種塔的功用，玩起來毫無障礙。
