巴國將放阿富汗塔利班二號人物

巴基斯坦政府將於明天釋放前阿富汗塔利班組織第二號人物巴拉達（Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar）。阿富汗政府數年來要求釋放巴拉達，希望有助於阿國和平進程。

巴基斯坦外交部發布聲明說，「為了促進阿富汗的和解過程」，將釋放巴拉達。巴拉達是2010年在巴基斯坦被捕的。

阿富汗政府說，歡迎巴基斯坦政府這項宣示，並表示此舉有助於12年戰爭後的和平進程。

巴基斯坦消息人士說，巴拉達可能會被送到沙烏地阿拉伯或土耳其，但巴國政府官員不願證實這項說法。

美國和阿富汗長期以來要求巴基斯坦釋放巴拉達，認為此舉可使塔利班（Taliban）溫和派領袖願意與美國談判。美國領導的北大西洋公約組織聯軍預計將於2014年底前撤出阿富汗。
