1. 那就不要犯錯。

2. 犯錯就要請全店吃飯或喝飲料，一次基本都是500元請跳...沒有白紙黑字，當然就沒有合不合法..有白紙黑字，還要看你就職時的雇用契約..才能說合不合法..

3. 若沒有白紙黑字，你可以拒絕，當然啦還要看你犯的錯，依錯的程度來合法的懲戒..（記過與扣薪..）
