第三人責任險車禍問題請教

請問:
對方:主幹閃黃燈,本人:支幹閃紅燈
雙方騎機車直行
支幹閃黃因為是下坡有放慢並單手看手機後放剎車出路口後被由主幹快速而來的機車由側面撞擊(撞擊點很明顯),支線無剎車痕,主線地面留有約5公尺煞車痕,有報警處理,雙方皆有受傷(支線駕駛腳部輕微挫傷,主幹駕駛傷勢嚴重左手手掌斷裂,嘔吐.住院觀察中)
肇責部分是本人占多數
想請教:
本人機車有投保強制險和第三人責任險也都於當晚即向分屬不同二家的保險公司0800專線通知,第三人責任險部分,保險公司叫我通知對方,機車部分先估價但暫時不能修理,並且叫本人不能和對方私下和解也問了對方的連絡方式,萬一,對方逕行將機車修理完成,本人該如何處理?
