財長：服貿若未過 不利經濟

美國債限危機、台灣政爭未解，財政部長張盛和昨（9）日在立院答詢時指出，政爭對經濟的影響不會那麼快，但兩岸服貿協議若無法過關，將對台灣經濟造成負面影響。

此外，台股相對美股抗跌，是否有國慶行情，備受立委關注。張盛和在立法院表示，從貨幣流向及匯率來看，熱錢確實進入台灣，但他也強調，並未下指示要求公股行庫進場護盤。

另外，9月出口重摔7％，加上政爭造成立院空轉，全年經濟成長率能否「保二」出現疑慮，對此張盛和表示，兩岸服貿協議若無法過關，將對台灣經濟造成負面影響。
