37年前軍演受傷 林長安爭取遲來公道

37年前一場軍事演習，射偏的砲彈掉下來，造成10死12人輕重傷，宜蘭市民林長安左小腿被炸傷，柱拐杖至今，洪仲丘案鬧得沸沸揚揚，他意外得知因公受傷可以請領撫恤津貼，今天請求縣議員賴瑞鼎為他爭取遲來的公道。

林長安說，那場軍演意外的判決書，傷者名單中有他，他也有軍醫院的就醫證明，八二三砲戰有參戰的人現在每個月有1.5萬元可領，他因公受傷卻什麼都沒有，心裡憤憤難平。
