金價下跌，主要由於美元匯率上升，加上險避需求減退，令金價回落。

聯準會會議紀錄顯示，委員仍普遍支持在年內開始縮減買債規模，並指保持政策不變是一個艱難的決定，會議紀錄公布後，金價走勢偏軟。另外，市場消化聯準會副主席耶倫被提名出任下屆聯準會主席的消息。

紐約期金收市報每盎司1307.2美元，下跌17.4美元，跌幅1.3%。

現貨金報1306.69美元，下跌11.61美元，跌幅0.9%。

其他貴金屬價格也普遍下跌逾1%。
