冰島口袋空空 欠一屁股外債

（中央社台北2013年10月9日電）彭博社報導，根據冰島中央銀行，冰島民間部門已用盡償還外幣債務的現金。

冰島央行昨天表示，截止2018年為止，不含財政部和央行的機構，欠下的非冰島克朗債務總額達約7000億克朗（58億美元）。未來5年經常帳順差估值料不會達到此水準的一半。

冰島央行金融穩定部主管班尼迪克多提爾（Sigridur Benediktsdottir）昨天受訪時表示，冰島面臨「私部門償還外債的風險，他們並沒有進入外國金融市場的權限。」他又說：「有鑑於經常帳滑降的事實，我們認為情況惡化了。」

在總理甘勞格森（Sigmundur David Gunnlaugsson）從2008年以來試圖鬆綁外匯管制之下，他曾表示冰島外匯短缺「非常令人擔憂」。在不引發克朗賣壓的情況下，允許資本自由流動是政府最大的挑戰。克朗遭拋售可能導致冰島外幣債務攀高，並妨礙經濟復甦。（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）
