染髮但無法上色

我最後一次是染黑色(大概一個月前)
平常有在噴定型(劉海部分)
最近開始染髮染了2次 (聽朋友說染久一點可以比較上色)
大約2次都染了40-50分鐘
可是特別只有劉海部分無法上色
是因為有在噴定型的關係嗎? (在染之前1天都沒噴)
那如果不是這個問題請問要怎麼使劉海容易上色?
我都是買染劑自己染
