反服貿晚會 爆發警民衝突

台教會、台灣國家聯盟等多個本土社團，今晚在凱道舉辦「反黑箱協議，要生存權利」晚會，近千人現場高呼「賣台服貿，人民不要」、「退回協議，重啟談判」等口號。

晚上八點半，現場爆發警民衝突，當時蔡英文還在台上致詞，舞台後方傳來警方以喇叭大聲講話的聲音，蔡還開玩笑詢問：「他在趕我們是嗎？」然後繼續發言。

許多民眾氣憤地湧向舞台後台，指著員警破口大罵、甚至大飆髒話。警員則拿著盾牌、站成一排，未對民眾動手。

介壽派出所所長蔡漢政在現場不斷向民眾致歉。他說，並非刻意製造干擾，只是為了單純調度警力，需讓所有人都聽到指令，才使用喇叭喊話。對於引發民眾不滿，他表示抱歉。
