當Vf小於0.7的時候,二極體不導通,If等於0

當Vf>=0.7的時候二極體導通,If上升

你有沒有發現從他特性曲線來看

Vf不管多大Vd幾乎都在0.7的位置

所以基本上二極體導通電壓就是取0.7v
