陳毅勳涉「凌虐致死」　最快今再押

【綜合報導】洪仲丘案持續延燒，由於4名被告全部交保引發全民不滿。對此軍檢專案小組表示已經提出抗告，陳毅勳最快今天就會被收押。

軍檢表示已經針對何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲及陳毅勳提出抗告，其中由於陳毅勳屬重罪，最快今天審理，不排除將會由北部地方軍事法院裁定收押。至於其餘3人，軍檢專案小組說，軍高院已受理此案，若抗告成功，羈押庭最快本周三召開。
