【李寧怡╱綜合外電報導】日本政府計劃明年4月起將消費稅自5%調升為8%，2015年再調 升為10%。為避免加稅對外國遊客造成負面衝擊，觀光廳前天決定計劃將食品、藥妝等加 入免稅項目，同時簡化免稅申請手續。 依現行規定，外國人在日本免稅店買電器、包包、工藝品、動漫及周邊產品等，只要消費 至一定金額，可退稅。但食品、化妝品等消耗品，因無法判斷是在日本用或帶回國，故無 免稅優惠。 消費稅明年漲至8% 日本去年調查顯示，外國客購買率最高的紀念品，前3名是點心、食品菸酒飲料、化妝品 和醫藥品，都未列入免稅，如今計劃在2014年稅制改革中，列入免稅。目前在日辦退稅手 續，都須在原商店辦，日考慮效法歐盟等，在機場設退稅櫃檯，簡化手續。 日本1989年起徵收3%消費稅，1997年調至5%，面對達國內生產毛額（GDP）2.5倍的公共債 務，國際貨幣基金（IMF）等國際機構都認為，日本惟有再調升消費稅才能控制債務增加 。民主黨政府去年決定調升消費稅，但首相安倍晉三去年底上任後，刺激經濟的「三支箭 」都以增加政府與民間支出為目標，不少人擔心一旦明年將把消費稅漲為8%，後年再調為 10%，反會遏阻消費。 http://ppt.cc/TweY 唔...!!?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.163.25.241 ※ 編輯: eggbox 來自: 118.163.25.241 (08/06 06:13)
