礁溪夜市落腳中山路？ 公所先民調

怕夜市影響安寧

〔自由時報記者胡健森／礁溪報導〕地方全力催生的礁溪觀光夜市，鄉公所傾向選定中山路（礁溪市區舊街）逐段推動；鄉長林錫忠認為，這個路段已有夜市雛形，成立夜市會較快有成果；但公所考慮到夜市會影響安寧引起住戶反彈，正在進行問卷調查廣徵民意，做為夜市規劃的參考。

缺乏夜間觀光點

雪山隧道通車後，擁有溫泉資源的礁溪鄉吸引大量遊客，但外地遊客經常反映，入夜之後的礁溪鄉似乎無處可去，只得跑到羅東鎮、宜蘭市逛夜市，地方希望儘快成立礁溪夜市，不要讓商機跑掉。

夜市設置地點，鄉長林錫忠原本提出省道旁緊鄰礁溪轉運站的私人空地、中山路旁的私人停車場、以及軍方二○四廠圍牆旁空間等三個地點供各方討論，如今可能三個地點都不選，改以介於德陽宮至協天廟兩間廟的中山路整條路段，逐步、逐段發展成礁溪夜市。

林錫忠說，中山路舊街的優點，是路旁原本就有許多商家，也聚集了人潮，已具有夜市雛形，進一步發展成夜市有相輔相成效果，缺點是恐使單純的住家感到不便，會引起反彈。

鄉公所目前正在進行問卷調查，希望能取得共識，讓中山路夜市計畫順利推動；鄉公所也會要求商家配合，未來在販售商品要有礁溪鄉自己特色，以便與羅東、宜蘭夜市有所區隔。
