卡麥隆攻敘案遭封殺 白宮：仍將和英協商

在英國國會29日封殺政府對敘利亞動武的提案之後，美國白宮表示，歐巴馬總統將根據美國自身利益，去決定如何回應敘利亞使用化學武器，但華府仍將持續和英國進行協商。

白宮國家安全會議(National Security Council)發言人海登(Caitlin Hayden)說，美方已經獲知英國國會29日晚間的表決結果，美國仍將持續和英國政府--美國最親密的盟國及友邦之一，來進行協商。

海登說，歐巴馬的決策將以美國的最佳利益為依據，他認為敘利亞事件牽涉到美國的核心利益，任何違反國際規範使用化學武器的國家，都必須被究責。
