黑格訪菲律賓 聚焦美駐軍問題

正在菲律賓訪問的美國國防部長黑格(Chuck Hagel)，30日將和菲方討論擴大美國駐軍問題，而馬尼拉則希望藉此機會捍衛在爭議水域的領土主張。

黑格是在29日飛抵馬尼拉訪問，時機正值菲律賓政府表示，中國大陸已撤回對菲律賓總統艾奎諾三世(Benigno Aquino)的邀請。

原本艾奎諾三世將出席在廣西南寧舉行的第10屆中國-東南亞國家協會博覽會。菲律賓與中國大陸近來因為南海主權爭議而交惡。

菲律賓尋求來自華府包括船隻和雷達等軍事援助，以便更能監控沿岸水域，並阻擋菲方所聲稱的中國大陸在爭議水域逐步掌控的意圖。

在訪問期間，黑格預料將和菲方協商一項准許更多美軍、船隻和飛機暫時經過菲律賓的臨時部署協議。

此外，黑格也將和艾奎諾三世、以及菲律賓國防部長蓋茲敏(Voltaire Gazmin)、外長羅沙里歐(Albert del Rosario)舉行會談。
