經不起毒販誘惑 淪為幫兇

今年才從國中畢業、即將一起就讀某專科學校的王、陳二名少年，涉嫌遭林姓毒販供毒吸收，淪為販毒集團成員，案經基隆市警局刑警大隊於昨日當場查獲王、陳二名少年販毒給吳姓男子，循線逮捕上游的林姓毒販及一名黃姓買家，一併依法送辦。

警方調查，王（十六歲）、陳（十七歲）二名少年，是國中的死黨，兩人並一起登記某專科學校同科系，準備在暑假過後一起進入專校就讀。結果，暑假期間，王、陳二名少年誤交損友，沾染施用毒品惡習，為了想吸毒，而被一名林姓毒販吸收為下游，淪為販毒集團成員。

林姓毒販的販毒模式，係利用轎車搭載王、陳二名少年依約送毒，或遙控二名少年自行騎乘機車採隨叫隨到的送貨服務，自七月中旬至今，二名少年已協助販毒送貨約二十多次，販毒所得均為林姓毒販所有，而林姓毒販則是提供免費毒品供二名少年施用，提供膳食、機車油料費等日常費用。

案經基警刑大偵四隊於昨日當場查獲王、陳二名少年交付三包安非他命給一名吳姓買家，再循線逮捕林姓毒販及另一名黃姓買家，偵訊之後，依違反毒品危害防制條例及少年事件處理法分別將五人移送基隆地檢署及基隆地方法院少年法庭。
