飯店頂樓造景SPA池　空中水濂洞無法可管

【綜合報導】宜蘭礁溪市區的天隆大飯店，飯店7樓頂布置山水造景、設有2座SPA池，提供入住客免費使用，外客泡湯每人250元，從地面望有如「空中水濂洞」。

中國北京有人在26樓頂蓋空中花園，誇張程度被形容像孫悟空的空中花果山；中國貴州有28層樓頂加建1至4層的「城堡」，被諷是空中迪土尼。

宜蘭縣政府工商旅遊處觀光行銷科長李長珊表示，天隆大飯店頂樓造景屬半露天溫泉池，非密閉式溫泉池、三溫暖或游泳池等設施，較像「空中花園」，難以認定違法，目前飯店法規無可罰。
