宜蘭冬山路一段汙水下水道工程崩塌意外現場，因路面下淘空，當地路段仍封路禁行，待檢警調查完畢後，將以低強度高流動混凝土回填。

宜蘭冬山路一段前晚發生汙水下水道活埋工人意外，因路面底下有淘空跡象，昨天持續封閉南下車道，由檢方、勞檢所調查，也避免危險釀災。

事故地點位於省道台9線，交通頻繁，縣府工務處要求施工單位封閉災害地點前後100公尺南下車道；除等候相驗、調查，另一原因是前天晚上2次崩塌時，柏油路下的路基軟泥已經被淘空，柏油呈懸空狀，前夜遭活埋的陳姓工人才挖起，還發生另1次土層崩塌，幸好所有人都離開地底。

勞檢所官員、檢方昨天陸續到場調查意外原因與經過，追究責任。縣府工務處下水道科科長許敏雄表示，災害路段路基淘空，將以CLFM（低強度高流動混凝土）回填，預計半天可完工，回填後，再重新開放南下車道，僅在災害地點管制人車慢行。
