【綜合報導】日本福島核電廠日前發生輻射水大量洩出的狀況，昨日東京電力公佈輻射水洩漏的畫面。

報導指出，原本乾淨的地下水經過位在沿海的核電廠之後，隨即被汙染成輻射水，而這些輻射水最後被排放入海，因此日本政府決定砸下470億日圓(約141億元台幣)經費，用來興建阻止地下水流經福島核電廠的「凍土壁」。但當地報導也指出，這項工程最快也要等到2015年3月才會完成。
