蘇貞昌批馬英九不適任　要求辭職負責

【綜合報導】特偵組監聽國會引發憲政風暴，民進黨主席蘇貞昌昨召開國際記者會，痛批總統馬英九與行政部門已觸犯比美國水門案更嚴重的違憲及違法行為，此事件暫稱「國會門」。蘇說，總統與行政院長都不適任，民進黨鄭重要求馬總統辭職，如總統不願意，發動憲政行動時機已到，包括倒閣、彈劾、罷免等作為，近期將展開行動。

對蘇貞昌的呼籲，府方不願回應。國民黨發言人殷瑋說，司法關說弊案源頭就是民進黨立法院黨團總召柯建銘，蘇貞昌卻與柯公然聯袂開記者會，顯見蘇迴避司法關說案的本質與責任，企圖轉移焦點。
