提升中職待遇人氣 郭源治:把餅做大

【王翊亘╱台北報導】郭泓志加盟中華職棒，是否會造成其他旅外球員效法？中華職棒聯盟首席顧問郭源治(見圖)說：「中華職棒今年環境向上成長，及胡金龍、高國輝等人加入中職後受到的歡迎與優沃待遇，才是吸引旅外球員返台的關鍵。」
「畢竟不是每個人都是郭泓志。」郭源治說，郭泓志過往戰功彪炳，今年又代表中華隊在經典賽打出好成績，「他在中華職棒的待遇與人氣，跟其他旅外球員很難相比。」郭源治強調，中華職棒要吸引旅外球員，關鍵還是要把餅做大，才能讓他們發現回台灣的好，進而投身中職。
郭源治認為，許多年輕球員前往國外發展，國外競爭強度高，受到球團與國內球迷關注程度低，薪水又不見得好，遇到發展瓶頸時自然會回頭看台灣的職棒發展。
郭源治說：「相信今年中華職棒的熱潮與關注，會讓旅外球員將中職列為生涯選項，只要我們持續讓環境健全，相信最後大家都會願意回來。」
