第三性別／內政部：入境合法 無關性別

移民署官員指出，移民官於民眾入境時，只會審酌相關證照是否合法、有效，以及是否本人持有，不會檢視性別為何。

內政部戶政司長謝愛齡指出，若溫澤仁打算向戶籍單位申請戶籍登記時，才會出現戶政單位是否允許外國Ｘ性別登記問題，內政部屆時會再研議如何處理。內政部官員指出，溫澤仁既已持合法證件入境台灣，目前無論是居留或屆時出境，性別都不會成為問題。
