中壢大排因建案改道 周邊社區不滿

中壢市一家建商將區域大排水溝截直改彎，改排鄰近大樓防火巷位置，引起不滿。

一家建商近期計畫開發中壢市長沙街大塊建地，並將建地中的國有土地大排水溝截直改彎，改排在社區大樓後側防火巷位置，引起周邊住戶強烈不滿，擔心影響公共安全。

桃園縣大樓社區管理輔導協會秘書長劉國鼎表示，吉安街等社區住戶陳情，質疑排水溝截直改彎，將影響排水的流量與流速，且建商為整體開發土地的私利，逕行變更區域排水位置，怎能讓社區住戶心服口服。

縣議員劉曾玉春、李月琴、市民代表劉邦德等人日前到場協調，劉曾玉春建議建商，希望以和為貴，在施工期間儘量減少噪音與公害，以期減少周邊住戶的怨言。

這家建商表示，當初周邊住戶擔心區域排水改道影響社區大樓結構安全，經工程人員細心打樁、灌漿並以水泥鞏固排水溝後，並不影響周邊社區大樓的住戶安全。縣政府水務局已核准排水改道作業，業者將儘速興建大樓並做好敦親睦鄰的溝通工作。
