扁被控侵占公文案　北院傳訊林德訓

【張欽／台北報導】台北地院今天開庭審理前總統陳水扁被控侵占機密公文案，扁再度以身體狀況不佳請假獲准，法官今針對扁精神狀態鑑定人人選，傳喚榮總主任秘書、醫師陳喬琪、陳順勝等人進行意見溝通，預估最快庭訊結束前選出鑑定人。
 
此外，合議庭今早傳喚前總統辦公室主任林德訓作證，據了解，合議庭主要是想了解扁2008年5月20日卸任後，有關機密公文搬出總統府的過程。
