減緩良田流失 專家農民樂見其成

「哇，宜蘭真是個特別的地方！」在宜蘭耕作兩年的碩士農婦吳佳玲，聽到宜蘭要訂地方法規，規定農舍自備淨化池，減緩良田流失速度，直說：「真的很棒！」

吳佳玲說，她在員山深溝耕作，那裡是水源地，灌排分離，水質很好，但下游灌排水又合在一起，農田用水的水質就變差了。她表示，農舍自備淨化池，可提高農舍興建門檻，減緩農舍入侵農村速度，「對耕作環境一定好。」

農民李健禾說，縣府訂這個地方法很不錯，且若列在農地十分之一的建蔽率之外，他可以接受，淨化池種水草養魚也挺不賴的。

員山鄉惠好生態溝推手李光平說，縣府以武荖坑風景區公廁後方的「沛綠寶」當淨化池示範點，確實發揮了淨化水質的功能，他樂觀其成。

國民黨宜蘭縣議會黨團書記長李志鏞表示，縣府訂地方法的目的很正面，但絕不能影響農民權益，希望縣府多和農民溝通，不能貿然實施。民進黨籍議員江聰淵說，農田水質要控管，站在保護環境立場，他全力支持。
