【時報-台北電】第二階段電價調漲昨天正式上路，台北捷運公司初估年底前將多繳5700萬元電費；為鼓勵民眾多搭乘捷運，北捷表示「絕不會」調漲票價。市長郝龍斌也曾保證「任內」不會調漲捷運票價。
