帝寶住戶稱得上富可敵國，除了在胖達人案曝光的許慶祥、于仲淵與林保田等股票高手外；鴻海郭台銘、台灣地王宏泰集團林堉璘、頂新魏家四兄弟、力晶半導體創辦人黃崇仁等，也都是帝寶擁有者。據統計，這168戶帝寶主人的身價加總，已超過半年的國家總預算，住戶聯誼會，幾乎成了「兆元俱樂部」。

值得一提的是，風水師認為住在帝寶有助財運或桃花，但卻不利於從政或當官。由於連戰一家也住在這兒，風水師建議，連勝文如果想選台北市長，最好先搬離帝寶。

台大醫生柯文哲參選台北市長的意向愈來愈明顯，但他的父親卻放話：「要就選總統！」究竟父子兩心中想的是什麼？
