檢察總長涉洩密　馬英九親口允作證

【綜合報導】北檢偵辦檢察總長黃世銘涉洩密案，連日調卷蒐證發現黃世銘疑於特偵組案件偵結前，擬先傳總統馬英九作證。馬英九今天上午8時接受《台北之音》主持人周玉蔻專訪表示，他將配合作證。

馬英九說，國人有做證人的義務，檢察官有需要將會配合，不管以什麼方式都願意配合。周玉蔻追問，會不會可能「證人轉被告」等疑慮，馬英九強調，目前不針對細節說明及不做更多揣測。
